When does it launch?
When it's ready. Not before. We're not putting a date up that we can't
hit. Waitlist signups get the first email.
How much will it cost?
We'll publish pricing when we open the doors. We're aiming for a
single per-active-member fee with no tiers, no add-ons, no “premium”
gating. We'll see if that survives contact with reality.
Do you replace Stripe?
No. We use Stripe. We also support cash, cheque, grant, and comp as
first-class payment methods, because pretending those don't exist is
how booking apps fail boxes.
Will my members have to install an app?
If you want them to, yes — there's a native iOS and Android app. If
you don't, no — there's a full web version.
Can I migrate from Mindbody, WodConnect, PushPress, Triib, or Zen Planner?
That's the plan. We're building importers now. Waitlist signups get
migration help.
Where's the data hosted?
EU and US regions, depending on where you sign up from. Row-level
per-tenant isolation. You own your data, you can export it any time.
What's the company behind this?
Small team, self-funded, building in public when we have something to
show. Not a private-equity-backed roll-up.
